Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time the transaction is created. PayPal is the preferred, secure method of payment. You may also make payment using a major credit card. Contact us directly if you have any difficulties with the payment process.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be calculated on the purchase price and added to the invoice for only buyers within the State of Arizona.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If payment is not received at the time the transaction was created, the order may be canceled. Contact the studio directly regarding and difficulty with the payment process or information regarding the cancellation of an order.
Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS priority mail or Federal Express, depending on which is most cost effective for the item and delivery location. Insurance is additional and available upon request.
Your item will be shipped out within the next 2 business days after a Clear Payment is received unless otherwise notified. Custom Items may require additional time and you will be notified if it is more that 4 business days.
We send international packages by USPS First Class mail, without TRACKING & INSURANCE. This shipping does not cover lost/damaged packages. Please contact me to purchase express shipping option if you would like tracking & insurance.
Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping on similar types of items. We can not offer combined shipping on items that are require to be shipped separately due to packing constraints.
Buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items shipped from overseas. These charges are not my responsibility, and must be covered by buyer.
Please let us know if items are separate gifts; otherwise, all will be packaged together.
In order to conserve paper, we will not include a receipt, as they can easily be viewed online.
Refund Policy
Please note, in some instances we use a macro setting on my camera to show details of a particular item being sold. Items appear larger than they actually are so please be sure to check the dimensions in each listing to determine actual size.
We work hard to make sure my photos give an accurate image of the item, and we will always include accurate measurements in my descriptions. However, shopping online for certain items can be challenging, and colors may vary from one monitor to the next.
For this reason we accept returns if you find the item is not what you expected. Item must be returned within 7 days. Returned items must be in their original condition and must be packaged with the original packing materials, or equivalent quality. All items will be quality inspected prior to determining a replacement, store credit or possible refund. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact Scavarda Designs for return authorization and assistance.
We do not offer a refund if the item was lost or misplaced due to the postal service, that is out of our control but we will however, work with you to resolve the issue and see if we can come up with an option that is suitable for both of us.
Custom orders: We cannot refund based on a customer changing their mind about the item once it has been received, particularly for custom pieces.
